Staff salaries?
It is:
0.1*(Atty^3+Atty2^3) for division 1
0.09*[stuff] div2
0.08*[stuff] div3
etc.
It is:

Or something very close to that. I know that\'s the formula for div1 at least.
For a staff member who has Attribute 1 = 50 and Attribute 2 = 55:
Salary = 0.1*(50^3 + 55^3) = $29,138/day
For a staff member who has Attribute 1 = 75 and Attribute 2 = 30:
Salary = 0.1*(30^3 + 75^3) = $44,888/day
Both staff have the same OR, but one has much higher salary due to the large difference between the two attributes.

Yes same thing just 0.08 or 0.085 as the multiplier in front.
