Many of those guys are replacing old starters. There ratings are low cuz Im building the other stats up first. i think when they start training prime stats theyll get better fast.
I averaged out all the secondary attributes (except shooting) and you surprisingly have a clean 2-1 ratio. His speed is about even with respect to Def as a lot of side defenders.
If I were running NT I'd give him a shot and see how well that ratio works in stopping goals. you still training heading with him?

"you still training heading with him?"
Yep- Def, pass, tech, speed & head.

just that all four attributes when averaged are half the Main attribute. And that all those attributes are medium for central defense.
I noticed that you don't have pro pack for soccer, and most people don't update practice every day.
A better question would be...is that the ratio you were aiming for?

I follow what the guide says 2:1
This speed came after failing to check on him regularly but now he can play outside too.=)

Most people when they refer to a 2:1 they mean 100-50-50-50-50 thats why I was a bit confused on your version of 2:1....when i guess that is more like 2-1-1-1.
...yeah...I refer to that only with diffrent levels of influence...such as Primary-Major-medium-minor influences.
he was a central defender so all influences are the same... leading to just using 2 digits. So I averaged all those attributes and I got a 2:1 ratio. Obviously...its not to clean of a ratio...

Yeah I have a right dman that is def-101, pas-50, tec-51, spd-75, head-30 and he is still only rated a 9. It makes me wonder if its the heading or def att that causes that big of a difference in game rating. The def and head are both 27 away from Rutledge which is a huge difference but the other 3 are just slightly better than his. The game ratings sometime confuse me on how they judge the ratios. I was going more with the 4(primary)-3(Major)-2(Medium)-1(Minor) ratio which works great on some players ratings but not so much on others.
try not to compare different positions to much...
Well technically Rutledge is built more as a right dman than center dman. He just plays him in a different position. I'm sure if I move my guy to center defense he would probably drop to an 8, not raise to a 10 or 11. Its not like I am comparing a dman with a forward.
