I was able to see any countries' games. Ireland VS. Finland was amazing.
Looks like we have tons of RMs.
Hey, just curious, why did you end up playing RMs in CM positions? Do we not have any universal mids? I thought if an R or L guy plays out of position he won't perform to his max. Let me know if I'm wrong.

The goalie that came into the game, Cheney (who is my player), is not much worse than the starter. I'll send you a private message with their attributes, but they both earn an 11 in-game rating. Lynch earns a 53 Goalkeeping score and Cheney earns a 51.
I was definitely not happy with Cheney's performance in this game, but attribute-wise, he's the second best option we have (that I've been notified of).

In Hockey in the friendly National games you can not play above very low so it is ok to play above this in friendly soccer games.
We have the option to play above very low in soccer friendlies. However, friendlies are friendlies and we'll be saving energy for the games that matter. If other teams decide to play above very low in friendlies, they're only hurting themselves.
I like to think of the block of friendlies at the beginning like I do of the NFL preseason. Coaches let the starters get some work in, then try out the 2nd or 3rd string. Coaches try new tactics and formations. In the end, your preseason record doesn't matter. Coaches are just evaluating their talent and trying new things.
By the way, for those who didn't know, the soccer NTs have their own energy (i.e. all of our players are still at 100).

Obryanj - Your logic is awesome. I'm glad that you're in charge. I wish the hockey version of ppm allowed for as much thinking and tactical breadth but it's coming along.
If anybody would like to design a kit/uniform for the NT, please feel free to do so. IzzaX designed one already (page 10 of this thread) and that is the only soccer uniform designed for the NT that I have seen. I would like to select a uniform just before Saturday's match, but I'll take the community's input on any potential deadline.
I actually liked his... I would like to see a few other ones though. You have to be PRO to do so dont you?
I think we should go with the ones on page 10 also because those are the ones that the real life NT uses. And I like them.
I also like those jerseys, but its only fair to give anyone who wants to try to design a jersey to give it a shot as well. Of course, if no one posts a jersey or lets me know they're working on one before Saturday, then we'll be using the ones IzzaX made.
