I think USA went from 4 division levels to 3. That will cut back on EVERYONE's offer in the country not just a select few.

My media went from 8.5 million per week to 13.5 million per week. It was higher than my general sponsor offer, which went down about 1.5 million (though it was a 3 star offer compared to last year's 5 star offer and I am in a lower league, though probably with better OTR).
At the end of last season. This was the first at 3 levels thus this season's offers are the first taking 3 levels into account.
We had drops last season as well. Guess I was thinking it would only be last year and not two years in a row. Was it the same with Canada ?
Got a 4 star Media offer that was a bit better than last season.
General I will gamble for a 5 star.

Had a 5 star general here... $3M a week less here as well... media down as well... so much for the slight DI bump up.
One of my offers is a 5* rank. I'm getting paid marginally less than my current deal, which last season was a 1* offer. What the %$#^ happened?
Expected to get a good raise since i finished 6th in league one, but instead just got 100k more weekly.
Why didn't you wait until after the League Cup game?! You would have a chance to view your offer with ~4 more OTR... it makes a difference!!!
O man! That is a nice tip! If only i had read this before clicking on the offer
Anyone have a guess how much more (% wise) a 5* will be than a 3*? I'm curious based on the win bonus. Right now I have a 3* T-II and a 5* T-III. The T-III is much better, but, the T-II will be better should I get a 5* offer, I think. I mean, I'm going conservative and going after 5th place not 3rd and estimating 25 wins versus ~30.
Does HR give accurate sponsor ratings even if the building level is not maximum? Because, over the past two days, i got a 3* and 4* rated T-I offers - both with almost the same total amount.
