I get the fans part but level of stands theoretically would also determine the amount of the offer and it sounds it does not count much at all.

This is the problem. I moved up from lower division to the top one. People in real life who watch English football or Italian, know that usually those teams get relegated the following season. I finished in the middle of the table. I believe I should get increase more than 800k per week.
No surprise that I couldn't even afford to buy a good player in the last 3 seasons. Only been selling.

Rejected 1* General (less than last year's 4*) and 1* Media. The 1* Media was slightly more than the 1* General.
Rejected two 1*, three 2*, and two 3* VIP lounge offers. The 8th VIP lounge is under construction.
I have no problem sharing the details of these offers, but I may fall into the category of "shouldn't" (see quoted post).
For what it's worth, my expenses are currently at 4,629,612 per day.

I understand when Obryantj doesnt want to post his numbers. He probably makes 100M a week. 
I don't have a problem posting actual numbers, but to keep it simple, I'll post the one number that actually matters: I'll be making around 50 million per week profit, after factoring in all sources of revenue and expense (except player sales).
I accepted a 4* general and a 5* media. Both are improvements over last season's deals.
I'll make considerably less than 100M/wk this season and my deals will not improve much in future seasons. I already have HR-15 with max marketing managers, a max capacity stadium, and I managed to finish 1st in the league this season. I'll still be able to raise OTR, but I only gained about 32 OTR this season.
