I've been looking for upgrades at 2-3 positions for the last month or so. I haven't had the cash for the players who were actual upgrades (both immediately and long-term). There's just not a lot of players who fit the criteria I'm looking for.

To willmott's point about OTR progress, my team only gained 37 OTR last season and it'll be very difficult to match that success again.

I agree that their money will plateau a bit, but we won't be catching them the way things are going. I don't know about you, but I think they're both getting 20+M more than my 50M.

We need to start taking some trophies/OTR away from those two. We need everyone in the league to start playing them harder. Yeah, most of us will be wasting energy, but we have to take something back from them. Even if it only means that they burn more energy in league games. Leave them less energy in the ChL. They get less OTR and then things might tighten up. We have to do something to slow them down.

Damn you and your 3 forwards! I should have backed up my 3rd CM to a more defensive position. And maybe spread out my SDs.Hmmm, maybe I could use two SMs on each side...That would be interesting. You controlled that game quite easily.

I nearly tied 1.FC Corona yesterday. The way things are going for my team so far, I might have to change the name of my stadium to The Bus Stop.

Luckily, even my team will have a 50,000 seat stadium in one season, and a 74,000 seat stadium in two season.

True, it is hard for you to get the kind of upgrade you need to remain competitive on the world stage. But it wouldn't be as hard for you to get an upgrade on what I currently have. That's what I meant. I spent all of my money to upgrade my team over the last 3-4 months. Your team is still better, with better players in the pipeline, and it would be a bit easier for you to find players as good as mine if one of mine somehow became better than yours.

I like my 4-3-3. I wouldn't say it's reliable, but overall I seem to always do at least as well as I should (and oftentimes better) given my player's/team's strength.

I just keep forgetting that you use it=) Is anyone else in the league using 3 forwards? I know Bayern Munich used to. I'm surprised the Coronas don't. He has 4 guys getting 50+ IGRs.

How much Pass do you have on your SFs? It must be over 200. My CFs are over 100.

Man, I hate losing the game on Thursday. Three days until the next one is annoying.

I train Pass at 50% of primary on my SFs - my top 2 SFs have 146 pass right now.

I'm pretty sure I've seen someone else using formations with 3 CFs, but I'm not sure who it was, or if it was just an occasional formation.

Oh wow. My two younger forwards could possibly play SF then. Diaz has 251 Offense & 117 Pass, and Korbetsky is 221/103. That's close enough. If nothing else, it's another option, I suppose. Maybe mine have never been good enough, but I've still never had a good result with 3 up front.

Phew. I'm pretty happy to get three points from the Mouth Breathers. I don't know if it's true, but it sure feels like ngrover has had my number for a long time now.

Yep. I'm 0-2-4 in our last 6. My last victory came on 6/5/12! It looks like I'm 3-3-6 overall.

Yeah. It's been suggested a few times. I think it's one of those server issue things.

This has been a very strange week in ppm for me, after losing to Bombsville with a goal in the second half stoppage time (90+ minute), I managed to win two games in a row, neither of which I expected to win, and got two red cards (one in each) and still managed to win... How often does that happen? haha

To update you on all the NT, atm we are developing chem for the most promising/important players looking ahead to the ICC qualification matches that start on 08/31, while also trying to not tire them out to much. The aim is always to win, but since these are just friendlies deve;oping chem is more important and we might lose a few games, but our record doing this so far is very good (2-1-1) considering we are rotating a lot of the important players and playing on VL

Finally the win my club needed... After a huge waist of energy against FC CORONA I went might have put too much emphasis on that game... Finally beat a touch Willmott team- One that I am sure I will meet in the NT and lose to.
