you're right. solutions could be two. one - make birthdays or as you say make higher OR. that would make this manager game much much better
You can have an option to pull a player from academy or not. SA determine how much player you can keep in akademy. Late pulls can stay in academy and you can pull them at 16 yo with raise in OTR acording to SA.
It would be quite nice if the player statistics would be a bit more elaborate. With that I mean dates of friendly, league and other matches the player played in, and links to every match there, on the statistic page. Also you should be able to see stats for every single match on one page - goals, assists, cards, rating, at minimum.
Now you have to manually go to the calendar of the players team and open every single match on the calendar. That is very tiresome especially at the end of the season, especially is the player only played in, let's say, 1-30 matches. Noone knows in what matches the player played, so like I said, you have to manually open every single match report to see if the player took part in a match and see his stats and rating.
Please give some thought to this, cause it would really make the game much more professional, interesting and easier to use.

Totaly agree. I miss the list of matches a player played too. As it is now It's really annoying and time wasting to find out what matches the player played and what were his stats and performance rating.
I've got a suggestion about the team analysis: maybe it's an idea to show the history against the team... like total games, total wins, total draws total loses, total goals, etc.
Another suggestion: that CL history (career length) would be visible to the manager of the players team in the profile. So that the manager would be able to see exactly what CL did a player have at what age. Now you have to write that info somewhere (if you care about that, of course) and it isn't very convenient.
That exists in the player's personal stat history.
Because you bought him 2 seasons ago. You can only see CL for seasons the player was in your team.
i think that players who are recovering from an injury (that is the ones that have the patch next to their names) should be able to train. it is possible to use them in a match (but with a lower performance than when they're in good shape), so why shouldn't they be able to train (maybe not at full potential, but they could gain a percentage of the training they normally get when fully fit). in real life the players that can play although being slightly injured can also train, so i think it would be nice to have the same thing here.
+1 This way it looks like its easyer to play a game than train

I have two suggestions.
1ª Show the latest rating of a player (from his last match) on his profile page.
2ª To give more chemistry percentage to players that go to TC.
