Looks to me like it was all due to goalies. His goalie played fantastic, while your starter played average at best, and your backup played pretty bad. Almost everything else was in your favor though.
I'd second that. 45% save percentage. That's a world beating performance right there!
Yeah, I don't get my goalies. My starter was all star team Wednesday, and then he doesn't even show up for the NC

I've had the same problem. One game my goalie had a 75% save percentage against a 17 strength shooting team, then a 10% save percentage against a 13 strength team. It's brutal isn't it?
Awesome. First round and I face a 110EXP managed team that plays every game on VH. 
I have the same option! only 197 exp...

Me too. Although it was a 91 ranked team (just lost the manager). If it was 90 or 92, I would have been screwed.
I got stuck with a very high player as well. Who does that?
I just realized I got stuck with one of the best teams in pot 2 too. Boooo
So somehow i managed to be dumb enough to put my tactics today to if i was up by 10 goals at half i would switch to VH. but what is kind of interesting is when i played the first half on Low vs Normal the score was 17-5
Second half was VH vs Normal and that half was 22-10. I have noticed in other situations where playing on higher importance that my team has played worse. Anyone else see this?
