As the last games showed, we have a big problem in the defense. I hope this could be improved the next years, as a quick solution seems to be impossible at the moment.
There are not enough players to defense, or what is the problem?
Not enough players is one point. And those who are there are not really good enough to compete with other countries as you can see in overview of team strength

I have database aswell, there is no good defender. Ireland is in the shit, because we have not enought teams.
I have a database with 18 and 19 year old players and found there are good players, some even from Czech V.league

well, only solution is check every thurdsay all teams and if you saw decent 15yo player, try to persuade owner to sell if for grater good. how many irish teams has 15TL facility? maybe organise come competiotions with rewards for managers who build form 1 periods to another (for example 1 season) most days youth academy or training facility.
