Assunto: U20 Canada National Team

Sorryfolks. I thought I could get er done. Time to pass the reigns I guess.

I would like to discuss protocol for week one of each new season for NT General managers.

Day 1-3: Senior NT manager should select any good 21 year old 5/6 players that have a future with the team. This will free up some slots for the U20 manager to start pulling players off of the U18.

Day 3-5: Senior Team is now done, so the current U20 Manager can now start pulling all 19 year old U18 players up to the U20 Team.

Day 5 on: Senior Team and U20 can both field a line-up, U18 may still need some players. We must all help to ensure the U18 has the best players available to them, so some searching must be done by all members or past owners of these players.

I just wrote this to give everyone an idea of what should be done here. We must move players from team to team to maintain chemistry for the NT's. This is just a preliminary report so suggestions are welcome.

Looking for an experienced back-up goalie better than 440-220-220 exp higher than 21. Also calling all left defense over 1000 OR.

I'm likely unloading most of my older guys. Excluding Newton and Debeau, let me know who you're interested in.

Wow. Thank You for the Epic amount of work involved in presenting this. I was struggling to look at all of our teams over again and those players who belong to foriegn clubs. I had your whole team scouted before, so this will ensure the next best players are picked.

I hope my information will be useful.

Look at what position they play in the club, to determine the defenders. I haven't time to do that.

I was preparing a composition for the U-18 and await the results of the elections. If I lose the election U-18, I could be asist in U-20, if you might be interested to use my knowledge and skills

And i don't know who will be coach in your NT, but I think This players can be useful.

Well it looks like you are definitey the most dedicated candidate out of all of us so far this season. I will use this page for sure, even in the future.

And yes for sure, you are the assistant if I make it and you do not. Just going to be hard to Fire my friend..... lol.... muhahahah..

Next season I may take a crack at running the Big Club. I am familiar with them now, and we have a good batch of players coming up.

But for the here and now. Which one of those Gems is a goalie? I apparently do not have like over 12 of those guys scouted.

Also if I am elected I would like to discuss a new strategy I have been setting up for with some fellows managers privately. This plan involves trying to go deep in the tourney, but their are risks so we'll see.

GK to U20 or to NT? Look the statistica. who hav % of saves is a GK ))))

We have a really good team this year. There are some high rated players not cracking the line-up so far.

We will have good team at next seasone )) now GK - 19years, 3 and 4 lines is 19y.

I'll be honest. I really don't like the idea of a foreign person running one of our NTs, but with the amount of leg work put in my Jarikussius, it is extremely hard to not want him as the NT GM.
