So with all the no name teams how does the shuffling work for team placement next season?
I am currently in 4th in 3.10 this season and should finish in about that place. What will happen to me next season? There are alot no name teams and t teams in Division 2, do division 3 teams replace them?
Just want to know as I plan for next season, thanks!

Probably yeah, you'll be in div 2. It's early enough in the game for you to be competitive. Which league you'll end up in I don't know because they mention the reshuffle will be random. Good luck.
He wont be in div 2 because OTR is 2 low. Only teams with high OTR will move up. Im first in list currently.
They will also be moving people up to the higher (1-4ish) in III. So basically, all you know at this point is there will be a full division for you to play in next year
There is only 8 slots available and with a lot of teams that have been floating in D3 and are a little closer to 200 than you are...you're not going anywhere yet.
Good luck next season.
Good luck next season.
actually...there is 6 more than that because there are only 13 D3 leagues instead of 16.
My OTR is 314.Doesn't make any sense what he is saying.
The original poster is talking about football. He doesn't have a hockey team and this is a football thread.
There aren't really that many bots and NoN that won't be replaced by normal promotion. The only exception is II.4 because it only has one feeder league.
I count 13 extra slots at this time. So assuming all the 2nd place teams win their pro/rel match, then you would have to be in the top 13 in OTR among teams in 3rd or below.
You'd be better off trying to sneak into 2nd place.

Where would I be better off?
Would I fare better in DII where I would hardly win or stay in DIII where I could probably win or come in second again?

In previous seasons before the promotion bonuses came along, it seemed generally better to stay in a lower division until you were strong enough to win at least half your games in the upper division. With the bonus money and reduced OTR loss for promoting now though, I think it's always a good idea to move up when you get the chance.
Thanks for the info. I think I will try to loose the promotion round so I can stay in the lower division then. It is only 12,385,110 for promotion and I got 6,863,951 this season for second place and about 1,500,000 for top goal scorers. I also would probably get a lot more fans for games if I have a better position in the league. If not for the money though the OTR progress would be better in a lower division because I would win more. The last thing though is that I don't think that my players or team rating is good enough. Correct me if I'm wrong. I just want to make the best decision.
Thanks
