Tēma: Why so many penalties?

I've been playing for several seasons now, but I can't figure out how to keep my penalties down. It doesn't seem to consistently matter what my intensity level is, or the quality of team I'm playing or the score or anything else I can figure out. But I always seem to end up with more penalties than my opponent and have had multiple instances of 8+ penalties in a game, which is ridiculous. How can I keep my penalty numbers down?

Make sure the AGR of you players id not to high.

Training Technique will help. Especially with the d-men. Technique should be close to Aggression. That'll tone down most of your penalties.

I do not notice much of a difference in the D men with high aggression and low Technique. I find I get more PM's playing higher intensity against better teams.
