I've seen these kind of young guys go for big bucks and I didn't even get a bid at 1pm.

looks like a solid winger to me , youd think someone would of wanted him. im wondering if we would want a league thread so we could post players were selling for easy referance to keep the better players we sell in our usa leagues. it be nice to have control of the better usa born prospects to build/find/control the players for our national teams easier

While a 250 OR 15 year old with 70 AVQ can sell for a lot in basketball, I've noticed that non-elite players (with even one flaw) don't sell very well any more in soccer or hockey. For instance, players that are better than anything I've pulled for a season with mostly qualities in the high 70's to the low 80's, 6 CL, and 400 OR in soccer have been available for ~10,000.

The shooting probably hurts (even though his effective quality is still in the mid-80's), as well as the relatively low OR since it would take many seasons for the player to catch up to a 70 AVQ player starting with 400-500 OR. You might have better luck after he reaches 300 OR, though I don't know if you will necessarily be able to get a few million for the player (you can always try the market scout to check for a good price for the player).
