Tema: Transfers

I joined PPM a few years back (hence the awful name)and have recently came back to the game. Do I really have to wait 11 days before I can begin transfer activity? Although I do understand you need to have a barrier against cheating people could still abuse this system and it puts players like me off the game as they are unable to improve their squad at a point that could be crucial within the season.
