Tema: Goalie scratch issue

I've got two goalies in my squad, starting goalie goes down injured and, because I didn't have a goalie set under my scratches it pulls in one of my top line defensemen as my sub-goalie. Be aide of this it throws out all the set lines with a random lineup and we get creamed 7-1! Why would it not pick an unselected player as the backup goalie, it's seems like a stupid system.
