Very possible. 17 6/6 is followed by three years (18, 19, 20) at 5/6 and then 21 4/6 is very possible.
I had a few players drop to 21 4/6 despite 17 6/6.

Normally a max player with 18y 6/6, drops with 23y to 4/6. Thats fact! So why should a 17y 6/6 player drop to 4/6 with 21y? Thats not logic..?!
And this on a player with 0 injury days!
I never, ever, ever, ever saw this before since 17,1 seasons..
So my simple question is, is this a bug or is it possible? And if it is possible, what's the sense of this drop, if he had no injuries?

Not always. They make 21 5/6, many go 22 4/6. I've only ever had a few make it to 22 5/6 and one made 26 4/6!!!
C/L paths are dynamic. There are few guarantees:
1) minimum 2 at a given C/L (excluding 15 6/6)
2) maximum 4 at a given C/L
3) 17 4/6 is guaranteed 4 seasons at 4/6
4) 15 6/6 to 16 5/6 is guaranteed 4 seasons at 5/6
What you said violates none of the C/L rules I have.

Also, injuries have little (if any) effect on C/L drop.
But are you sure? Really?
Because i really never saw this before..
A PPM-team-member can confirm this?

I haven't seen it before, but I had two of my own drop. It didn't violate any of the rules. It may be uncommon but that doesn't make it unheard of. I'll look into it though.
No problem. I hope it was a mistake, I lost a good player to 21 4/6! But, like I said, doesn't violate any of the rules.
this player:
Mirosław Dudzisz
was 6/6 with 17. i had 4 more players with 17 6/6, 18 5/6. 2 of them were 4/6 with 21 and other 2 with 22. nothing unusual with that.
a little advice: please show more respect to people trying to help you. if you continue to question something that more than one person confirmed you wouldn't be so quick to get help next time...
