Yes and no. It's like your own team on PPM - you can put as much or little in as you want. However, once the team is picked it is only tactical stuff. There are no facilities etc.

I will probably be the next U18 manager an if you want to be an assistant, you know that I will pick you anytime!
To everyone, if I still be the next GM, know for sure that I will put the effort to get back that team to the highest level that I will be able to do!

the manager did not connect in 2 weeks. Are we sure we can remove him ?
You cannot remove a manager once he has been elected. We must simply wait until elections.
I am pretty sure that I heard a story where the manager delete his account so the community asked the GM anf he put someone else
Problem is he hasn't left the game yet. I'm all for it but if we're going to do it best do it now before the P/R round.
