I really think you are overestimating this thought right here. Canada is shrinking in this game because managers are leaving. I am sure there are a myriad of reasons why people leave this game, but not running the national program is likely pretty far down the list. If somebody quits the game purely because they lost the national election, then they were never very serious about the game in the first place.

I think ThatManager is right, any newer manager that comes onto this board will be discouraged when they read through this forum. Especially Paulroedb and his "pointed comments", no offence dude but you really seem to like to stir the pot and I don't think you are helping your case at all.

I ask the Dutch guys for three seasons (calendar year) and then I offer to leave. They choose; it's their game.

I offered to keep my negativity in check and I did. The only messages on these boards I have sent since the last blow up were congratulatory messages to Mat and the "shut the fuck up" message to Bobby when the lout started to bad mouth the only guy that ever ran/beat him in a fair competition.
