Yeah, it is pretty nice. It's not just the money I had to invest to get it there (though that sucked a lot), it was that it took so freakin' long to build.
But I shouldn't be so cynical haha. I'm glad it's almost good for a long while, when I can spend almost all my money on Facilities now.

I've had several people email me over the past week or so suggesting we'd be better served to add more guys to the national roster to take advantage of the training bonus. To be honest, though, the training bonus isn't that great. I still can't conclusively mathematically prove it even exists and if it does it seems to be just for the 1 training on the day of the game (Sundays following the Saturdays) and only for the guys called up - not everyone on the roster. If we get a 10% bonus to the guys called up (max of 30 per game) once a week that's not a huge difference to us over the course of a season.
Buckley was added to thenational team around 12-10 or so and his training that week (my TF went up on the 18th so not a lot of time to compare) went from about .45 a day to .47, not too big a jump if any. Ayers stayed about the same as did William and McCall actually fell that week from .39 to .34 from the last time he trained that stat.
The XP bonus is for the game itself and as of right now also seems to be about 0 - or even negative. I've made a spreadsheet dividing out XP per game played for regular season and playoffs and for the guys who have spent their entire career with my team William is 8th with .516 pts per game, McCall is 12th at .493, Buckley and Ayers are tied for 15th (and last) with .429 pts per game. It would definately seem that they aren't getting much of a bonus since they're all 4 below average for my team in that stat.
so for me the possible advantage to the national team from adding guys later in the season from the SA's is much greater than the advantage to the national team from any training bonus we'd get now for adding more guys. Looking at the calendar we should have FIVE more player draws before the 1st tournament game and hopefully we can start getting some good guys from them - since we're 0 for our last 2.

I have to disagree. My 2 guys went from 63 and 61 to 93 and 91 training the day after the game. They both play, so I can't speak to that, but last week (I missed this past weekend) I saw a 50% increase in training.
I think everyone would like to have players on the team, but I also understand the logic since you can't remove players. I had a player in the first draw i'm trying to prep into shape in time. What is the current requirements for LW?
to follow up on my point, it is like getting 2 extra training camps per season for each player, and I guarantee no one thinks the camps are overrated.
well, maybe there is something to it. I can only speak for my guys - I don't get to see training for people on the team (or qualities for that matter). For other people on the team - are you seeing something similar to Socc? If so I might have to re-evaluate that decision.
Socc Numbers are close to what Darryl Chen trains at before a Cup game & the day after. There are a bunch of other factors though that you need to also take into account. Staff members, training & regen facilities and the players quality in the given stat you are training at that time. In Chens 99 quality stats he trained from a .60 & .61 to a .86 & .91 but with his 71 quality he was a .53 to a .62. So your quality can make a noticable diffenence as well.
Dan Minter has seen huge gains when called up...usually in the .90 range up from the high .60's.
Right. For an accurate reading you want to check the day before, of, and after to see where they are training and not change your skill. It's interesting that J0J0 gets such a different number than me since we have the same T&R levels, and at age 16 with 6/6.
J0J0 - is his Q for whatever he trained in the mid-upper 90s?

I don't have any players on the squad, so forgive me if this is a stupid question, but ...
Are you kids fielding your players in Saturday friendlies in addition to the NT games?
I could see one guy's daily energy falling to 60 and another to 80, whereby the player with two games sees their bonus negated.
It's possible that accounts for the vast disparity in opinions about the worth of the training bonus.
(I doubt many people look at daily energy much since it's such a predictable and temporary value).

Heard back from the USA support team captain, said he's all for us putting a bid in to host, said he is going to do some reading up on it. I'll start putting together some numbers and stats on the arenas we will be looking to involve and seeing about a logo
And a step furhter on your thought is that you also need to make sure to take into account if your player played the day before & after b/c of daily energy usage.
Old City I dont think that players can play twice in one day. I think someone asked that before and they said that they would be replaced in your lineup with a sub. Even if is possible, I havent tried and wouldn't even want to for that matter.

The players are replaced in your lineup with subs. Even if they're not physically playing the game, but just on the team, they still get the same drawbacks. But I can say for sure they get the same benefits whether they play or not...
