Hi. If you're still looking for a defender, I recommend Sulo Harhanen . He has great quality of the attributes and training facilities.

Do you havy any academy team in Finland? Someone who play with young players and give them maximum experience? Buy best Finland 15 years old players, play every match very high match importance, three formations and time on ice 45-40-15. This is the way to get the strongest young players. Play this way from 15 to 20 years, then sell the players and start the next round. Is there anyone in Finland who plays this way?

And yes, we have few experts Who buy and train young players. Still I think there should be More managers to do so. I am Still too far away from that, but going forward To top up the arena and facilities. Example: I have had players from my academy, with good attributes, but too low overall points. Vice versa, better overall, but lack of certain attributes.

I have this Ahopelto on my team, and he has quite good defender potential (def 92, sho 77, pas 90, tec 86, agg 93), but only 296 overall. I lack the facilities to train him to national team and there is no point to sell him because of the low overall...

It's hard, if you don't have the full facilities. Players like Ahopelto are better to sell, although they have a low overall rating because they will not realize potential in your team. It's better to earn some money.
I started building the stadium and facilities the first day in the game and after three years I still build. It takes a long time, but in Czech it is not a team with similar experience and the same or better stadium and facilities than mine. At least I don't know such a team. I hope to win the I.1 league once, but I need it for at least another 12 years.

You can kick Marko Harja from the squad. He's a terrible player. Better take Kalle Levan .

Too bad that I cannot kick anyone anymore from the team. But I will welcome Kalle to team! He is the last player to join (50/50).

Hello everybody.
Thank you for the voices, I will do everything to return to the division TOP. My assistant is Kalores again. We play the fourth season together, so we know each other well. I care about the team and Kalores will help me during the tournament. I contacted some owners of the players and asked them to change the players' training. Those I have not contacted will contact very soon. The response is great. Everybody has changed the training so far as I wanted. Thank you.

Eleven wingers and ten places only. One of them will be released during the season. We got 35 players in the team. Other places fill seventeen-year-old players. So far, I have scouted thirty players so I'll wait until I have a better overview.

I filled bid to host World Championship U-18 in Finland. Bids will be released on 84th day of season. Here hockey.powerplaymanager.c... . I can choose four organizing committee members and each of them will gain 100 credits if our candidate wins. One place is for Pit Stastny , he creates a logo and a mascot for our candidacy, other three places are free. I will select four stadiums for candidatures and three owners will receive vacancies in the organizing committee and chance to earn 100 credits. The stadium must have a capacity for 20,000 spectators and should be interesting. I'm mainly looking for colorful stands, but the original playing area will also help. If you've changed your stadium and want to sign up, let's know here or in my mail. Not later than the 80th day of the season (1.5.2019). Let's color Finland!
