Sell all staff members. I just got 1.5 mil for a coach and have another one on the market (I've only pulled coaches so far lol).
The staff members do nothing right now with facilities as low as they are. Sell now, and as more and more staff get pulled the market gets diluted and you can pick them up for cheap when they will actually help you.

Also, I pulled a 202 OR tonight!!! Probably low AQ but I'm pumped about the OR. Looks like a wicked LB.
You are not alone. My pulls are averaging 120 OR and 1.5 stars. For staff I have pulled 4 straight custodians and they are worth nothing on the market. Going on vacation next week for a month so probably my account sitter will pull studs for me.
I am pulling crap as well. Not going to be able to stay competitive with bad pulls. The market is still expensive. Anyone have an idea when it will become cheap?
