My virgin perception seems to think that teams will always pull a certain type of player. This forces the team to train and make it other than what is best (by attributes), or to play the market so other teams give you money for you to find ways to better your team.
I say 'you' loosely, since it's a way of stimulating the economy. I could elaborate, but I'd rather do that via private message.

Makes sense. I also think those of us that started with good teams seem to be lacking in good pulls....
Arrived from my SA with a 20 IGR. Not bad for a #3. Shame he had to come a week after I bought a GK for the #3 slot.
Mine's a 20 IGR as well. Pretty happy about him. And he's my #1, not #3
I got a guy a little while ago with 215OR if I remember correctly. Up to 223 now.
Nice 238 OR 6/6 3.5 star back. 9th in division 1 in quality, probably 75 - 78%.
That is ridiculous! And I thought my 221 2.5-3 star was good!
I would have as well. And wasn't a player at my strongest position, although I'll see what position they'll play after scouting.
Um... surprised actually. 4-4.5 across the board and an average quality of ~75%. Hopefully it's averaging that because goalie quality is very low, but for some reason I don't think that is the case. Haha.
Keep in mind that everything can be off because our HR's are low. I see 90% AQ for him. He's probably really good.
