But that would be now. In two seasons 440 OR will be priceless, escpecially 5/6 CL.
That's a good point. In any case, I probably won't get much until he reaches at least 300 OR. I suppose I will look similar players on the market for now.
Also, he probably has as good a starting OR as my other goaltenders, but with access to a better training facility.

I disagree. There's always going to be teams looking for great quality players with reasonable OR's to train up (to sell for profit).
The thing is, in 2 seasons, teams will be closer to max TF (so there will be more teams looking to buy, train, flip than there are now).
Someone with a level 14-15 TF can buy him and train him for a season or two and flip him for a possible profit much quicker than anyone could do the same thing right now (with lower level TFs).

exactly. that's definitely something to keep in mind as well.
I always try to compare younger players to my existing players based on anticipated training.
So if a 15 year old comes in at 350 OR, and he's training at an average rate of 1.05 per day, in two seasons (224 days), he'd be 235.2 OR higher than he currently is (and that's using current training numbers only, and not accounting for future facility growth).
So if the best 17 year old on my team is only 480 OR now, then I look favorably on that 15 year old (because when he's the same age, he'd be roughly 585 OR).
I'll try to get that 15 year old into my starting lineup so that he can start accumulating EXP because within 2-5 seasons, he'll likely be substantially better than my current "stud" players (who will be much older, and have lower CL by then).
That's the reason that I currently have the youngest team and best average CL (on average) in our division in handball.

man... I was hoping to get a little bit more for Arron Robbins , seeing as he's been a very serviceable backup for me, and is trained pretty well.
But I guess I can't complain. $4.5 million (after transfer fees) isn't anything to spit at for a player who had one of the lowest AQs on my team.
Hopefully my 2 starting goalies don't get injured at the same time anytime soon. My goaltending depth-chart is now pretty thin behind Lloyd Russ and Stone Larkin .

Nothing like looking at Big Fatty Cats and Doppelgangers in back to back away games!!
Where can I protest to the schedule makers?

yeah... I always look at the whole schedule at the start of each season so I can try to plan training camps out.
I don't really have any weak spots in my schedule this season. It's kind of nerve wracking.
I mean I just got smoked pretty bad by the 9th place team. =/

D'awww ngrover changed his tactics for the first time in 12 games just for me.
How thoughtful.

Whooops. I played my injured backup goalie a bit more than I meant to in my game against Coin Flips (although my starter definitely didn't play very well either).
I gave up 5 more goals than my average. And I've only allowed more goals in 2 other games this season.
My attention was focused on trying to do well against Cunning Procrastinators and Big Fatty Cats this week, and I inadvertently slipped up against a dangerous underdog. Definitely a quality upset by zomg.

Just you wait, eventually my arena will be finished, then I'll get back to facilities, then after that's done, I'll load up on good players, and then I won't suck anymore - fear the day!

Well, I just setup a 13 player camp!! Which leaves me very short if I have an injury!! Only 2 starters are not in camp. If all goes well they will be backup after this camp!!
Frigging triple deckers take forever!!! Seems like the days keep moving backwards.

My league leading back got injured for a week. There goes his title. It was a left little finger fracture. I suppose the player is really old at 23 and prone to injury.
