unlikely. the OR difference is way higher than any lack of chemistry. Plus, players already have some energy losses.
Is season 1 it wont make any impact when we replace players for new ones.

Your right, but still there is a little impact and it may effect one match

I've been replacing my lineup every week pretty much and the team OR only increases ... As for now my team is the strongest Team OR in D1 and my chemistry is just above 50%

The problem on doing it is that I have less chances to have a player in the team of the season and thus win some extra bonus.

It would be really nice to refer to first league becuase first of all as you said the bonuses are big and second of all the OTR advantage. how much are going to be the weekly sponsor payments next season?

I have no clue how much I will earn from sponsors. I never paid attention when I was playing soccer and hockey on the difference from my first and second season.

bonus .. anyone (or if not pro members) can see the current bonus
player rank 1: 1.4M for D1, 1M for D2
regular season: 1st = 6.4M for D1 and 4.8M for D2.

Finish 4th in D1 will earn a bit less than finishing 1st on D2.
Finish last on D1 will earn more than finishing 7th on D2
Finish 8th (last playoff spot) will win more than finishing 4th in D2 and just a bit less than finishing 1st on D3.

If you see the trend, promoting must be anyone priority in D2 and D3 or else will start losing a lot of money compared to managers from D1

Making the playoffs and thus automatically prevent relegation is priority on D1. After making the playoffs, if a team does not win or finish second can only say "oh well, we try again next year, no big deal"

PS: while the difference in currency isn't big, there is a big difference in percentage so my guess as the seasons goes, the currency difference will become very evident.

as far as i know if there is strong IV league it will affect positively all divisions. Although i checked czech and their bonus look similar than USA. I did not check with detail. I will try to make an analyze in the near future on how other countries earn compared to ours.

It doesn't have to be a strong div IV. As long as we have four levels, we get similar deals to the bigger countries. If we drop to only three levels, then we get less. I'm pretty sure it's still like that.

Manager who finished 2nd in III and got promoted to league II (OTR ~140 ish) got a bit over 3M general sponsorship with 4*.

-Winner of I.1, who is obviously going to be playing in CL next season, got ~4.8M deal with 3 stars.

Juhis goes on to say that since Handball has many more games than soccer, top teams could be around 250 OTR by the end. if sponsor money is calculated the same way in Handball, top teams could be making 7-8M in season 2.

I really hope that isn't the case. They must have adjusted things based on the 52 game season, right?

On soccer, my current weekly general offer is the about the same as the bonus for finishing 17th

On hockey, where the bonus is divided half for regular and half for playoffs, my team earns about the same as finishing first. And I placed 12th regular season and 10th in playoff (so about half of the table)

If this "percentage" is to be considered, finishing in the middle of the table could net over 7M per week on season 2 for D1. That is about what you, tujague, predicts if teams finish 250 OTR. So they may not have adjusted for 52 game season.

They really should change the value of OTR in relation to sponsors. Because I think one of the biggest problems in the game is giving a huge bonus to the teams at the top, especially right after a game launches. If the top of I.1 is going to make over 7M in season 2, then wow. That will really twist things up.

Although maybe they are doing that to encourage people to bid higher on the top places when the next sport launches
