so for me this time of the season i dont care much about getting that unique flag.

lol. well it helps that you're the highest OTR team in the USA. You can get those premium matchups for flags haha.

OTR does not matter for pennants.
what helps is having a big stadium.

and if they are also chasing pennants, if they played a USA 1.1 already then nothing may matters.

well no... I mean OTR is probably the best symbol of "team strength" that we have (since team ratings can fluctuate daily depending on your lineup). I'd think that usually the best teams want to play the best teams.

Also, the amount of OTR gained from winning games (including friendlies) is determined largely by the OTR of the opponent (so having a high OTR is more desirable in that respect too).

And yes... I'm sure having a big stadium helps. But I just don't think that size is all that matters. Some might say that if it's too big, you might be overcompensating for something. Ahem.

that should be the end of my playoff series. Erratic is the favorite to win it all. If somehow i can manage to beat him then I think i can win it.

I was hoping ashai could have pulled it off and beat covington. not that ashai is easier but it is just that i didnt want to face erratic.

hopefully they start their erratic play of the first half of the season.

I screwed myself over earlier in the season with energy management and overall team management. I tried to recover in the last quarter of the season, but it wasn't enough. Good job Covington, and good luck the rest of the way.

Managed to hold Børre Aspen to only 5 goals in my matchup against WasUpNerd today. Problem is, he had 9 assists. NINE. That's insane... I don't think I've had anyone get more than half that in a single game.

I'm seriously hoping that he's your guy's problem next season lol.
