We got a quick goal after an indirect free kick and the same quick 2 yellow cards to one forward. The engine immediately showed what the game would be like, and after removing only one of the two CF's, our team practically didn't attack anymore. There is no need to complain too much, because in the last much more important match “luck” was on our side, so we move on.

Today was playing a second line-up, and until serious problems have been created for our getting to the World Championship, this will continue. The results of the distribution into groups have already shown more than once that it does not matter from which place to leave, the main task here is to minimize energy losses, and therefore increase the productivity of players (through practice in clubs). Especially considering that at the beginning of the season the team had 0 chemistry points for all players.

And please don't forget about the practice of NT players.

The victorious match was overshadowed by a illogical penalty, and now going to the World Cup does not seem to be a settled matter, the team will have to strain. Next week, an easy walk with Egypt, and further we'll have to compete with the Greeks close to the main or even the main lineup.

Also if someone wants to participate in applying for the World Cup in Slovenia, then need: a presentation, a logo and a mascot of the tournament. Managers who make up the "organizing committee" apparently get a handful of credits. Applications are accepted until January 31, so write to the mail or here.

We expectedly won Egypt, Finland did not disappoint, having beaten the Greeks, and Uruguay, fortunately, knows how to take points not only from us, but also from our competitors. On Saturday we play at home with Greece and despite the fact that a draw will send the team to the Finals ahead of schedule, we will play to win.
Today, bids to host the World Cup have been published, including a proposal from Slovenia, so if you have familiar coaches of U17 national teams, you can give them a little hint for whom to vote. I also changed the home stadium. The owner team has the largest representation in the NT, the stadium is fully equipped, so I think this is fair.

The preparations for the World Cup have moved into the final stage, and in the last matches players will get a little chemistry, and some of the main players with one yellow card will go to the bench. The team will most likely fall into the 3rd pot when divided into groups, but this does not mean much, because even the 4th pot has strong teams.
Well, as usual, please do not forget about the proportional practice of the national team players.

Training camp has started.
Didn't get any list of my players who could be selected for U17 next season.
If any potential NT player isn't in camp it's not my fault.

I think NT coach does not have sufficient rights to give instructions about the camps. For example, a 15-yo player with CL 5/6 may have good chances at U17, but still have no long-term prospect at the club.
This is a self-regulating process, but if the club coach has uncertainty, he always can consult with NT coach. Of course, I'm not going to blame anyone for personal plans for their young players.

NT coaches especially U17 should always have the right to say which one is considerd to be a NT player in the future and of course should be goining to traning camps.
And that is based only on high OR not anything else.
For U17 there isn't too much differece between 5/6 or 6/6 career.
With players getting older that decision later falls on U20 and senior NT coaches and you shouldn't bother with that.
At the end of the season you know which of 15y or 16y old are going to be in U17 NT next season or you already have couple of them in the NT.
That's why you should at least notify managers so they know which players are on the shortlist so they send them to traning camps.

I have 13 players in two NT, U17 and U20. Only 2 more will be too old next season to play in U20, other players are younger and still could end in any of those two NT. I can only send 24 players to camp so you see my problem.
Have of course sorted them out the best I could but maybe not good enough.

Not that I hear that we are weak on some position (like we are this year-SM) and that any of players for that position didn't have both trainig camps.

At number 12 for Germany, Random played excellently today, and Slovenia was worthy to be in the semifinals, but I think, in general, the tournament turned out well. As soon as a little time has passed since the undeserved defeat, I will form a roster for the next cycle, and on Monday or Tuesday you will see it. I don't know if anyone else will be nominated for the elections, but I will be glad to your every vote.

Only the players whose participation in the games this season is planned for 99% remained in the roster. Depending on fatigue, injuries and disqualifications, free slots will be filled. And a little later, I would like to publish an expanded list of players for the national team so that managers not too often forgotten about proportional practice for them. Perhaps personal letters will not hurt either.

Since our average strength is not that great, and the qualifying group is not weak, it will not be possible to give all the chemistry from friendlies only to 16yo players. 17yo will also get their portion.

Career and qualities not ok, but he's one of two best CF for qualifying games. If someone with good training facilities can shelter him until the end of this season, the NT will be grateful.

The Argentine coach likes to make our life easier, but we don't complain. Visiting one of the potential leaders of the group, the team takes 3 points, as well as 5 stunning yellow cards. Even managed to release three 16yo players for 15 minutes, which gave an incomparable increase in chemistry for next season. The next opponent, the Netherlands, will most likely not be so hospitable anymore, so a draw will be a good result.

Qualifying are going very well so far: a significant gap from the bottom half of the table will allow us to save energy more often next season. Every point of chemistry/energy is important because the difference in ranks players relative to the strongest national teams is large. In the whole world, we have only 2 faithful allies - math and luck. Well, the Challenge Cup is a friendly tournament, so only 16y will frolic in the remaining games, which will probably only allow us to play 3 games (with a timid hope for more).

An additional call up the players will be held before starting of the qualifying games. If your player has main attribute 180+ and a proportional ratio, he has a chance to get into the roster. For 16y the requirements are slightly lower.

No matter how the final ends, I think the tournament turned out to be successful. Thanks to all the managers who spent their time or money on the proportional practice of the national team players U17. These were 3 cool seasons, good luck to your NTs in the future.
