His drop wasn't that severe. Chemistry is part of the in-game rating calculation, so all of the NT players are scoring lower than they should be for their own teams. That is why the NT has the same OTS as your team, the exception being week 1 when in-game ratings were calculated with chemistry at 100%. Anyways, last week against Ireland he was a 12 at CF and he was an 11 at LF this week. Putting him on the side was something I wanted to try before the real games start.

The English team has a slightly higher OTS than us, so I'm not that surprised that we lost. We were equal on shots and lost possession by less than 1 percent. It's still a loss, but not bad considering some of the things we were trying.

Apparently our starting goalie is for sale. If he goes to a team with low facilities, we'll have to evaluate our options. He's a bit older than most teams would want, but I have him scouted if anyone is interested.

Ahh I never saw last weeks results with all the bugs going on with the match reports. Yeah I know all about the Chem & Exp affecting your player rating by position. Didn't realize the 12 rating since I missed the last game.

Thanks for the information. We haven't had many guys in camp since the first week. I'm guessing most people are probably waiting to do their camps until the end of the season.

Today wasn't one of our better games. We won possession (barely), but lost on shots. I'm definitely looking forward to games that actually matter though.

I would like to say thank you publicily to tujague for his service as NT Assistant Manager. I planned to rotate the position among a certain number of managers during my tenure, this season especially.

With that said, congratulations to Rayvok for becoming the next NT Assistant Manager.

Anyways, I look forward to testing and providing strategies for the future and making the NT as good as possible.

Interesting fact of the day:

Quintin Brennan is the only player in Group 2 to have a scored a goal in the qualification matches so far.


Next up is Germany, who I don't expect to play on VL like the Turks did. Hopefully we're able to pull out a solid result against another strong team.

Brennan is definitely doing a fantastic job carrying the offensive load for this team. We'll have to get some other guys going eventually, but its hard to be disappointed with 2 wins so far in the qualification round.

Next up is Latvia. I consider them one of the top teams in the world, so it'll be a very tough match. On the bright side, we'll be leading Group 2 after next week's match regardless of the result.
