Well with Obryantj at least understanding that I'm not trying to copy him & Rayvok kinda following on with Ob's permission to cut and paste. I guess I'll offically throw my name in and present what all I would be looking for if I were to become the NT Coach. (I'll try to keep this short)

Having played soccer from the moment I could pay credits to get a sneak peak, I have enjoyed it and look forward to the new tweeks starting next season. As for what seperates me for OB & Rayvok not a lot actually & honestly. We all seem to have a similar opinion on the type of players we are looking for... 1 (Main) .65-.8 (Major) .45-.6 (Medium) & .2-.4 (Small).

I don't have any specific plan for formations as those change based on the players avaible for that game and the amount of talent that the US has to offer. I believe in always trying to put the best team forward. Now that doesn't mean I'll play some strange formation just to put all the best players in, but I wouldn't say that I'm going to only stick with a single formation on the ever popular 4-4-2. My team over the seasons have changed alot since season one and I feel that the national team should be constantly evolving every season and formations are just one of those ever changing parts.

Nice player, but he still needs to be trained But his CL is one big plus. Hopefully he will make it to the nation team one day.

I think it starts next season from what I've seen.

Election at the beginning of the season. But I'd strongly suggest all teams to propose players they have or had and sold. (Check transfer history). I'd assume only those with OR 450+ would be looked at. That's just a hunch though.

I really dont think an OR limit is set. As many of us have talked about in the very thread you cant really base soccer players on OR. Too many US teams are 1 -2 atty junk players. If I had to take a wild guess on a possible OR limit with proper builds, its more like 420 or so.

Is an excellent player. I just dont play him in the right Mid spot due to lack of other players. He plays Cm should be on side.

I have to agree with you. Some players with OR 350 are better than players with 450. It all depends on the way how the managers trains the player.

Seems like alot of countries have gotten a data base to upload potential players for the NT on a site created by one of the chief testers from PPM. I sent him a message and he created one for the US as well.

Now I didn't ask of choose what the criteria for potential players were but its a start. So if you want to upload players for the NT consideration we now at least have a website.

I went ahead and added some guys to the data base. Not sure how many if any will actually make the team but its a start. Thanks for starting that.

I wish I had better players to contribute though, I got lazy upgrading by training facilities, so they are half a season behind most players. If only the wing mid I started the game with wasn't so old, he has 88+ secondary qualities (except shooting) I hybridized his ratio a bit to fill in the middle every once in a while.

So, think we could use current 20-22 year olds in the next couple of years or will they drop off to soon?

would be nice if the list showed the player position so that we could have an idea as to what positions need help....
