Huh, just noticed I slipped into 5th after the last game. Of course, all that means is it'll hurt a little bit more when I drop to 9th or so by the end of the season.

Haha-- I spose he did that time- Changed it at the last hour to a more defensive matchup vs going with my normal 3-5-2
Dang, I had to spend almost as much to get 2 managers for offers as it would be to just pay their salary for the whole season. I guess I won't fire them this time.
Pretty happy with a draw on the road against High Headerz. My team hasn't crashed as hard as I expected from all the extra energy loss in tournaments, so even if I lose the next two, I'll be pretty happy with my final standing.
Now if only I could find a goalie that gets me excited enough to spend a couple hundred million on...

I didnt realize Grisons went VL until I saw tactics--- I knew it was a big game for both of us so I watched it. I ALSO DIDNT REALIZE I WENT VL until tactics--- Changed hockey instead, LUCK
yeah I did the same thing earlier this season. I was the underdog to start with and then I accidentally put VL, I won 1-0 with 1 shot on target when they had like 7 or 8!
I placed Kyle Mallory on that new offer system and a manager made an offer (150k) for him. he is now for sale.

It would have been nice to get him when he was 15 or early 16, but with his OR lvl and late 17 (on a team like mine) he is already 200 pts behind.
perhaps he is 200 behind, but still 6/6 and 200, for you, is only a year on a player with close to max Qualities. He should be able to pick it up. And comes with some experience already that also helps to close the gap.
