Whelp I get the Boiler maker---

Poor iMatt. Grisons somehow builds a 3-1 lead over the evil Boilermakers despite being a man down from the 10th minute on. Only to see super stud Sandy bragg score two goals from set pieces in the final 10 minutes. That's just brutal.

Yet another almost upset one goal loss. I'm doing my best to be one of the best worst teams!

Next game is us dude. How is it going to play out? I'm in a bit of a run at the moment - well, whatever a bad team can call a run. 3-2-1 in the last 6 games. I hope to make it 4-2-1 by thursday night.

Another 1-0 loss as expected. I guess that it's time to run my camps, play my prospects, and possibly sell some of the older guys.

Heh, I thought playing on High was kinda sneaky of me, and I would steal a game from Arlington Betamax, but apparently willmott had the exact same idea. Surprised I got lucky and stole the game anyway thanks to my goalie forcing shots wide with his aura of (temporary) awesomeness.

Mojsky is not cutting it in league 1. I don't know man, he's pretty old to keep around for league 2 play next season.

I'm slowly shifting over my midfield to younger guys. The defense is not entirely ready but 2 (out of 4) are ready for next season in league 2. What I need is young players to replace the strikers and the goalkeeper, which is my #1 priority, either through a pull or market.

I actually have a few younger prospects who are just as good as Mojsky but significantly less experienced. Mojsky mostly helps to sell tickets because of his popularity. He might be the first to go though.

I've already started playing a slightly weaker but younger goaltender and CD. The question is whether I should start playing all of the talented ~17 year old pulls who might be more than a few years out (after camps) and drop a few of my older players that I picked up as talented 15 year olds when I promoted to league II.1 but trained under a weaker training facility.

In any case, my formation and tactics aren't compensating enough for the lack of I.1 caliber talent on my first team.

Well, I didn't exactly think I was trying to steal a game...I figured a 3 vs. 4 matchup was worth investing some energy, especially when your team is playing so well lately, and I figured you'd think the same. I'm not convinced I'll be able to catch back up with you now that I've let you get ahead! Good game nonetheless.

I somehow managed another one goal loss, this time without using a center midfielder! All my center midfielders were in camp or suspended, and I only had 2 midfielders left to play today. I call my new formation the "Box Formation."

Way to go Tujague!!! You made it closer for both of us!!! 4th place is still in reach!

That game was huge for me. Especially after failing so miserably against Team USA in the last match. I lose again today and I'm 10 points back. I had to do something ridiculous

And here I was, hoping High would give me the advantage. The last third of the season might get ugly...

Judging by historical data, 62 points should get me 10th place at least, so that's sewed up.

I don't know if I've ever used VH this early in a season before, but that was a do-or-die match.

Gah! Boilermakers! Couldn't quite overcome that early deficit. And I feel like it was just a few weeks ago I was cursing your name for beating me in the Champions League finals, too.
