件名: player DB for international candidates

I finally managed to look around and add a couple of players to the DB that exists for NT scouting to assist NT managers. However I noticed many countries are not included on this, is this fair? or are they located somewhere else?

Any country can have one, they just have to ask. Some just have not done so.
