When choosing the training camp duration it seems obvious that 7 days are better than 4 because it means bigger improvement, or does it?

Does 4 days allow for higher gains, or is it just a question of being able to keep your players there for 7 days?

The training camp provides the same bonus amount of training per day. So yes, 7 days of bonus training is obviously better than 4 days of bonus training.
