Thats exactly what I'm talking about!
I sold my best 2 players a few seasons ago (they were pretty bad tho, lol, but they were who got me to dominate division III.6) and only 4 people saw one of them, and 3 the other (out of 1000 impressions each!!), and they sold for nearly nothing... If I dont want to use an ad-feature that doesn't work, how can I advertise my candidacy myself?
Outsider, I understand what you are saying and it makes sense that the same message be considered spam, even if I didn't think of spam like that (i was thinking spam is repeating something in the same forum, but not once in each forum), anyways, how can I promote my candidacy myself without spamming?

About the strategies, (if I win) I'll first look at all the players we'd have, including the youngsters, and decide what the best strategy is which allows us to start the best players. Personally, I like either a classic 4-4-2 or a 4-3-3 because they both provide a very good balance between offense and defense. However, if this means leaving out of the starting XI a better midfielder or forward in favor of a "worse" defender (in quotes because to be in the NT in the first place they must be one of the best), then I'd consider a 3-4-3 depending on the strength of the opposition.

The one thing I think I have a disadvantage on to other managers is that I started in season 4, and because of this my team is much weaker and my stands and facilities are smaller. But since I started playing, I won the league cup in III.6 with only a few weeks worth of experience, then in my first full season, I won III.6 and promoted to II.2, where where I managed to stay with a very week and young team. All in all, I think I did very well considering my disadvantage (of starting late), the only season in which I did worse than expected was in season 8, where I had a very rough semester at school and couldn't be very active in ppm. Btw, this is all in my team history.

If I didn't answer anything specifically enough, please let me know

I'm against any formation with 3 forwards....currently we have no excellent forwards.

My concerns include then following.

A few players are old and will fall into back up roles.
Monroe, Buchanan, morse,

And others need the boot for U-20 players

The biggest thing is transitioning to younger players and building Chem.

I agree. This is not real life, and not Fifa manager. 4-3-3 wont work here.

Thats why I said I'd look at the players we have. I notice you've been playing a 4-1-2-1-2, which is what I'd play if i have a very good CM and poorer forwards, as you say... That's actually what my formation for next season is going to be in my club

About 433 I was just saying that it's a formation I like if you happen to have 3 really good forwards, but if you look at my club team, I've never used it because 442 is so much better
But I've seen some do very well with the 433 by having really really god and consistent forwards

All three would have to be studs-- Defense and good midds is what wins in international games.

I've played with 3-5-2 and 4-1-2-1-2 and have better luck with the latter due to we have 2 excellent CD.

I am really liking plug for manager but if someone would allow me to I woudl love to stick on one more year. You can be my sidekick and I will give you a bigger role then I did for FC or Bulls.

Next season will be a huge transition from the old to the new. Let me guide our team to further success.

It is time for new faces to emerge learn and try somethings new. Unlike President (i was against), Manus is an active hard core manager.

My role at NT was very limited. I was only allowed to do work on lineup on last friendly match and when i got all excited I learned I was out of the assistant position without even prior personal message. It even surprised some of the members here in the forum. Although it is not a big deal as i didnt intend to be manager or assistant at that time as i only wanted to have access to pages so i could create some features.

I will always support managers who are willing to work together to build and maintain the database... Members as Obryantj, capsaicin, willmott, zomg and ngrover are ones i will always support any of their initiatives.

I still own them finishing the Hockey database, but the reality is that i lost motivation once the 3 NT managers were not taking full advantage of what i was trying to build.

Bulls-
NT asst is truly nothing more then a title- Ask Divoch- He helped out one game but in reality Im still the one who has to deal with a loss etc and decisions. I assumed you only wanted access to NT for database. If my lack of communication caused any hard feelings I apologize-

As far as the Database you completed it has been very helpful in setting up the NT 20-U and 17-U. You work has gone unnoticed and it is a huge benefit for all.

My lack of effort for putting players I have scouted in have to do with time. I have tons of time to get on and check my team but the countless minutes it takes to Copy and Paste background data is too time consuming for me and luckily other managers stepped up and did all of the work, Kudos to all of you.

As far as new faces YES it is always good to have new faces for the National Team. I have messaged and pleaded more experienced managers to run because next year is a huge year. We have to rebuild the team with youngsters to ensure future success at the international level. Being familiar with the team it woudl be easy for me to help make the transition.

I do think that manum woudl make a good candidate and if I dont win then hopefully I can stay on for logistical support.

Run: Yes, I didnt have intentions to be assistant other than just grab some pages. But, you put me to actually help and then drop me without saying something is like taking a candy of a child ....

Anyways, my goal is to have ALL NTs to collaborate and use the database and give feedback and suggestions.

There are things that are not working properly anymore (like removing player that no longer is on the team) but i dont get any message of things that dont work.

I am not even sure if you logged to see things that are available ONLY for NT managers... I dont get any input from NT managers and that is what frustrates me and makes me lose my motivation on keep building new features.

the guys i mentioned plus a couple more are actually the ones that have been helping.

As of you being the NT. I am a bit against (not against if there was not a new good candidate) now for two reasons:
1. Looks like your focus were Australia for unknown reasons.
2. This season is the best time for a new face to come and try something.

When I was very against President to be a NT manager, I personally messaged many people so they could be the manager. I explained i didnt have time and wanted to focus on building the database. Nobody wanted or was available.

Now we see one person, who is very active, very interested on being a manager. then why not? why missing on an opportunity to have someone new to help USA?

I think it is time for you to step down until the world Cup and fully support a new face.

As far as Australia i think it would have been fun to be a foreign manager but they were not to fond of it. It woudl be a huge rebuilding process and I would have had to sway the managers to focus on training. My personal belief is the PPM system has them too far in a rutt and they wont get out. I do not want to be blamed for making their NT worse when it is already a huge work in progress.

Im not against Manum for Manager but as I stated above there is a lot of work to do next year and I want one more year.

if you desired more cooperation from me as NT all you need to do is Message me and I can see what I can do. I remember you stating their were new functions but the site was very difficult to move around the last time I was there.
