Hi,I would like to know the utility of using a B team to play the friendly matchs.It's not better to let the reservist without playing to make them train better?

I think most people use the be team to get a little experience for the reservists, by just using them in friendlies so that the default and A teams get some rest and a little extra training on those days.

yeppers. that's exactly why i do it...after i built some strong experience and chemistry for my A-squad early on. let's me have guys with some Checm and Experience fill for injuries...instead of pure rookies who make mistakes in this sim.
