well, big lost againts ice monkeys, i would have secure my spot in series but ice monkeys are back in the fight with an important win today.

grosse defaite contre ice monkeys, j'aurais sécurisé ma place en series mais ice monkeys sont de retour dans la course avec leur victoire importante aujourd'hui.

Thanks biznow, this victory compensates for the inexplicable loss I had a couple of days ago. I guess that a differenCE of 4 strength is not that much in this game.

Just about anyone in this league can beat anyone else, I think we're going to be here awhile........ I guess on the plus side, we're going to get to know each other really well, haha. Merry Christmas everybody.

ok im bloody well fed up. Just in one period id love to hit double digits in shots......im at a complete loss at what to do to try and fix my crap team. Im trying to upgrade my facilities opposed to buying new players. Maybe im going about this the worng way. Any advice on what I can try to do to turn my season into something a little more enjoyable than constant embarassing loss after loss.

Ok, fact is you're developing your team correctly. I checke your facilities and it pretty good, exactly the way to do it for future success. Your problem is you should not have won your serie to promote here. Your team was not ready. Mine is barely holding on in 13th place and I only allowed 20 goals over the whole season in iv.8. This game takes time. You'll probably demote and then dominate league iv again. Problem is, there's no quick fix.

I disagree. He's most likely going to relegate so buying high priced old players is not worth it at this point. At the beginning of the season, possibly. But now, he'll just dominate more while he could pick his best young players and just work on getting them to be really good by the time he comes back. He's already investing in the right things: Academy, training, regen. He'll do really well, it's just a question of time.

I would say you'd be better off selling off all your oldest players and using the money to forward your facilities even more. You can accept this season as a write off, don't worry about the losses, and just start preparing your team for next season now. Get rid of players with a low AvQ get some young players, with AvQ of 70% or more, and then get them in the game so they can start building chemistry and experience. Stick with these players until your sports academy starts turning out better ones. (I'm in the middle of this now). Also, I've been training my players to a ratio of 2-1-1 on their respective positions attributes, though some people prefer a 4-3-2 ratio, try out both and see what works for you. Good luck, it will take a little time, but it will be worth it in the long run.
