Seems like the strategy is just pump money into stadium and training, and then just buy players. But I don't really want to have a whole squad of foreign players.

There are plenty of Canadians on the market as well, but since it narrows your search, you likely won't be able to grab the players needed to compete with the best. Although it IS entirely possible, its a slower climb to the top (but at least when you get there, your facilities/stadium will be top notch since that is where most of your money will be invested.)

What to do to lower TO?

I need help understanding which players are selected to the season long all star team and given an award that appears on the bottom of the player profile. In Canada League ii.2 only two players from the 7 listed on the Season-Long-All-Star-Team received the award (see handball.powerplaymanager... ). Yet in Canada league ii.1 three players received the award. See Bernardo Schardt 's profile to see an example of the award I am referring to.

I assume there would be seven awards given out for each league and each season. If that's the case, why are the other awards not appearing? Is it possible that players not listed on Season-Long-All-Star-Team won the award?

Maybe those players belong to a Non Pro pack team where trophies do not appear but they did receive the award.

Now I understand - on further review this absolutely appears to be the case.

Not sure if I like the way that works. I'm a Pro pack user and I can't see awards on non pro pack players - that bites.

For this first NT season here in France we have created NT designs and the community had to vote for the ones she liked the most.

Can someone remind me who I should contact in order to up load them?
If I remember well it should be done through email and a copyright text must be added to the files sent.

Guide say "Players in the national team have a training bonus, gain more experience...", but pleyer in national team do not get any training bonus, maybe thay get bonus only then they are playing?

They get training bonus only on Sunday morning and only if they were selected for the Saturday match.

The Guild says:

"Players selected for the team after the first week of the season, cannot be dismissed during that season. Players selected in the previous seasons or by a previous manager can be dismissed until day 14 of the season. The chemistry of players dismissed from the national team is reduced to 20% of their chemistry from the time of their dismissal".

This first season as for NT Managers cannot dismiss players now if already selected, right? We are already after 1st week...
Only from season 4 and on, selected players can be dismissed until day 14, right?

Dismissed player and then called back will restart with a minimum of 20% chemistry, right?
