Ok now, let me introduce our new senior NT assistant. PPM veteran and ex-senior NT manager, our country had its best WHC (5th in division “Top”) under his lead. Ladies and gentleman, please welcome Saaaaaltyanchovy!

Though I look forward to collaborating with numerous other managers (I’ve communicated personally with a few of you), I don’t plan on rotating the assistant role, so it will be his for the whole season or until he steps down. His experience and knowledge will be more than welcomed and I’m extremely proud to have him on my side.

Now that this is done, a brief word about player submissions. We will once again be using Saint2e’s website. I’ll be posting the link later on, once we’ll know exactly what kind of players we are looking for. That’s what we’re working on right now, so we’ll give you the details as fast as we can.

Laissez-moi introduire notre nouvel assistant avec l’équipe nationale senior. Vétéran de PPM et ex-dirigeant de l’équipe nationale senior, c’est sous son règne que le Canada a le mieux fait au championnat du monde de hockey (5ème en division «Top»). Mesdames et messieurs, veuillez accueillir Saaaaltyanchovy!

Même si je souhaite collaborer avec un grand nombre de managers (j’ai déjà communiqué personnellement avec quelques-uns d’entre vous), je ne prévois pas partager le rôle d’assistant entre plusieurs personnes et ce sera donc celui de Saltyanchovy pour l’entièreté de la saison ou jusqu’à ce qu’il décide de quitter. Son expérience et ses connaissances seront plus que bienvenues et je suis donc extrêmement fier de l’avoir à mes côtés.

Maintenant que ce dossier est réglé, un rapide coup d’œil du côté des soumissions de joueurs. Nous utiliserons une fois encore le site web de Saint2e. Je publierai le lien plus tard, lorsque nous saurons exactement quel genre de joueurs nous cherchons. C’est sur cela que nous travaillons présentement, nous vous reviendrons donc avec les détails le plus rapidement possible.

To the next NT managers: please schedule the friendlies one season ahead. I'm having a really hard time finding teams with free spots for this season and we might very well end up not playing on some occasions (no offense mikpj).

To get back to the player selection process, it won't start as soon as I would have liked, but we'll be alright. Saint2e is on holidays so we won't have access to the player database before the weekend. This means that we will be cutting players from the NT this week (probably on Friday) but not taking any player submission. We'll get back to you when we'll be ready to do so.

Aux prochains dirigeants de l’équipe canadienne: veuillez svp planifier les matchs amicaux une saison à l’avance. J’ai présentement énormément de difficulté à trouver des équipes qui ont des disponibilités pour cette saison et il se peut très bien que nous nous retrouvions à ne pas jouer à quelques occasions (sans offense mikpj).

Pour revenir au processus de sélection des joueurs, il ne commencera pas aussi tôt que je l’aurais souhaité, mais nous allons nous en sortir. Saint2e est en vacances à l’extérieur et nous n’aurons donc pas accès à la base de données avant la fin de semaine. Cela signifie que nous procéderons à des coupures cette semaine mais que nous ne prendrons aucune soumission de joueur. Nous vous reviendrons quand nous serons prêts à le faire.

Careful cutting and re-signing players. They lose their chemistry as soon as they're cut.

I forgot to talk about the goalies, thanks! No decision has been taken yet. We might go with the same 4 goalies, add one without cutting any or cut one and add one.
