i don't understand the problem. For now Latvia is 1th, have a great project with young guys for future and have a good project for immediately with many victories in this time.

After 5 games the qualification is nearest. I accept criticism but this isn't. The problem is that i'm not Latvian'guy.

I'm working for next season to one month

Now.. i have this selection :

3 Gk ( 2 to 19 years old )
7 Central Defender ( 1 to 19 years old and 1 to 18 years old )
3 Left Defender ( 1 to 19 years old )
3 Right Defender ( 1 to 19 years old and 1 to 18 years old )
3 Right Mid ( 2 to 19 years old )
1 Left Mid
5 Central Mid ( 2 to 19 years old )
6 Striker ( 3 to 19 years old and 1 to 18 years old )

The problems are simple.. In defender ( centrale, right and Left ) are perfect. But in Mid ( in particular left and right ) are problems. Have many dead guys ( in dead team or in team with bad structure ). Fortunately in central I almost solved the problem. Also in strikers have a problem...

i'm working for solved this 3 problems.

For now.. I and Nem5555 i have scouted all League one and 3 to 4 League 2. Today or tomorrow i start to scout the last League two and League 3.

I hope to find someone

My plan see to make more points possibile in this season ( that is end, qualification ) for have many points to advantage. Why? because next season i will search to save energy to 11-16 best guys for to have many energy for Mundial.

Actually have 31 guys. I search now 2 left Mid, 1 Central Mid, and 1 Striker. For 35 place i think to search or one Gk or one Right mid or one striker again

First friendly match of two. Good match for young boys, 8-0 away with very high for increase affinity.

Tu taču esi izcils treneris, tas nekas ka vēl joprojām neesi izpratis kāpēc uz izlases spēlēm jāizsauc visi iespējamie 22 spēlētāji un kādā veidā spēlētājs saņem izlases treniņu bonusu.
Vēl kādu sezonu rijot makaronus varbūt smadzenes iegūs spēju kaut nedaudz domāt.
Bet ceru, ka šī sezona pie Latvijas U20 stūres tev būs pirmā un arī pēdējā.

Kaut kā neredzēju rindu uz U-20 trenera vietu... Pats pieteiksies? Noriet kādu, kas cenšas Latvijas labā(protams viņam ir savas ambīcijas, bet tas ir tikai un vienīgi normāli), tikai tāpēc, ka nav latvietis arī nav pārāk prātīgi. Lai runā rezultāti, nevis aizspriedumi!
