The way he gets scored on, one would think he'd be the "choice", if you catch my drift.

Well, I don't think it's an achievement in itself. I suppose he wasn't ready to gamble on the simple fact I was to play VH. But a top 4 is not bad at all.

Yea once you make the semi-finals, the games are simply for OTR at that point. The only way the third-place game becomes meaningful is if BOTH the top-2 teams do not win their first-round playoff series at which point the third-place game decides who goes to the CWC. I think it is a safe bet that TMO will win round 1 of the playoffs so we're both in.
Glad to see a team out of the top-16 in the final four. Hopefully that's as far as they go
