Not sure if this has been asked, but is there a formula PPM uses to calculate the OR of generated players when creating new teams?
It seems that, especially in league III.2, there is quite the imbalance between top and bottom so much so that teams starting out will almost always have to trash their rosters and buy to even grind out a win.
Wondering why the new teams don't come into the league with higher OR players, say, take the average OR of each teams players (average OR of each teams players, then the average of all teams avg ORs), and create the new teams with that OR, that way you're at least getting a bit of balance, or at the very least, a team that can come into the league and not get completely demolished.
Maybe it's just the state of the game in Canada, being 33 seasons in (almost 10 years?), but there are so many managers creating teams, getting demolished, then leaving.
Has to be some small fix that could remedy that.

All teams start with the same level of players. When I started, there were 4 leagues in Canada, so the difference between the top and new teams was less.
They’ve stopped doing any changes to the game engine, so I doubt anything like that will happen.

Ahh, fair. Unfortunate though, the gap between the top and the bottom grows with each season, although I'm sure top teams/teams with max facilities must be finding there's a max OR range for players?
Yeah there is. And you can grow quite quickly. Make sure your facilities are constantly being upgraded (training and HR as a priority) and buy old cheap higher OR players on the market. Don’t buy young players till you have a good training facility.
