How much manager experience do you need to be able to buy off the market

Here's a question:
I have a player who, statistically, is dreadful. I've only been playing for a couple of weeks so I've had to use him in the lineup a few times. But every time I play him, he puts in an outstanding performance - way better than his stats would suggest he should - regardless of how strong/weak the opponent is.
So, is there some sort of hidden performance statistic that accounts for those players (and I can think of a few real ones) who should be rubbish on paper but actually put in a good performance regularly?

i don't know why that is. i havent read about a secret stat. how much worse is he than the rest of your team? can it be explained by experience or chemistry? has this evened out since you last posted?

I suspect it was mostly chance - I was just starting out at that point so all my players were nil exp/chem. However I do still have one or two players who over-perform compared to others with similar stats to some extent- something chem/exp can't always explain.
I guess if the game engine has a 'chance' factor built in, you can pick up a player who appears to be 'lucky' or 'unlucky' just as can happen in the real world.

Quick question I’ve just taken out a loan to expand the arena which has taken my balance up to £50m yet I’m told I can’t afford the £43.5m required, presumably as the figure below £50m is (£31m), the difference being what I have to repay + interest.

Effectively this means the loan is no use as I can’t use the money, yet I’ll still be charged interest on it. Is there something I’ve missed?

You probably have one or more bids on transfers. The number in brackets shows the available cash you have. Money in bids is not available until someone makes a higher bid.

Seems I repaid the loan straight after taking it out. I've had another go and it worked. Thanks for the reply.

In your presentation for a NT manager you said "I'm in this game from very beginning,we are make lots of changes in team." From very beginning? If we look back in the history of your club till season 24 it was "VictoriaConcordiaCrescit" and manager was a girl, I remember that very well. In season 25 club returned to League I.1. with a different name "Winning with Harmony" and a different manager, a man. That's a bit weird.
The question is, Did you change your gender or you're just another fraudster in this game?
