Tema: I don't get it

How do you play this game?

My players have over 100 for what they play (GK, Def, Mid, Off), but I lose every match.

So I changed that and spent alot of money bring players in that have good skills needed for the position, but even this does not work.

Somebody give me a clue.

Dont just train primary skill. Look at the guide for what secondary skills (passing, tech, speed, heading) are important for each sort of player. I'd suggest that for important skills these need to be at least 2/3rds of the primary level . For the second rank it needs to be at least 1/2.

Spend your money improving your training facilities and sports academy most importantly ,and regen and hr second most importantly. This will get players improving faster, make your youth academy players better, and improve scouting and sponsor negotiations (so giving more money).

Basically read the guide, and ask questions if theres anything you dont get!

I have:
Level 8 Training
Level 8 Human Resources
Level 7 Sports Academy
Level 7 Regen Facility
Level 6 Education Centre
Level 5 Maintenance Centre
Level 5 Medical Centre

I know about primary and secondary skills, they are highlighted different colours for me as I have a Pro Pack activated.

My players are decent (I think), is there an easy way to display them as I can't be bothered typing out all the players skills.

What about Formations? Nothing I try works.

I know I made a mistake the last year or so by spending stupid amounts of money on players that only have a good Main Skill (GK, Def, Mid, Off). I now know better.

What is an ideal level for primary and secondary skills?
IE: My GK (scouted) has 91 as his main skill, 81 Speed, 55 Tec, Pas 37, Hea 28.

i think primary skills should be at like 66%-75% then secondary 50% atleast that is what i do.

What do you mean by 66-75%?

Do you mean those values out of 100, or the actual percentage of the players current position skill value?

I can set automatic training, so basically I should go for.

Midfielder = 100 Mid, 75 Pas, 75 Tec, 50 Spe, 50 Hea, 50 Sho?

ye i mean as a percentage of their current position value, so if i have a winger at 50 midfield, then 35 speed is good. and then 25 passing etc etc.

Well, after getting relegated when I opened this thread.

I have just gone the whole season winning every single game, scoring 267 goals and conceeding only 5.

I'm hoping next season will be better than the last time I was in that league.
