What is a teams strength based on? My gk is 8 tw 12 is 9 total 10, I notice my strengths not moving up after 2 seasons and new teams in my league are better than my strengths with players lower rated. my starting 11 are not terrible players none under 45 main 30 pa 30te 30 sp...??

OTS is based off how good your players are. Are your players very tired? Are they trained poorly? These things can really hurt your team strength.

hey canucks, i was wondering about the Team Strength categories in soccer, especially 'Teamwork' and 'Individual Skill'. What exactly calculates those?
and how would you tell if one soccer team is better than another since the soccer OTS rating doesn't necessarily show the ratings of offense/defense

Indv. Skill is the ability to execute set pieces. It is mainly the influence of shot and tech. Teamwork is the overall ability of your team to play that formation - how well the players are suited for that position etc.

Overall OTS is calculated by:
(Goal + Indiv. Skill + 2*Teamwork)/4 = OTS
