So I've taken to studying how the big dogs run their teams, and something I've noticed and definitely want to ask about is the friendly vs. training deal. I'm pretty sure I read in the guide that training isn't as effective on game days because the players are recovering...but if everybody's playing 31 games a month, i guess that's what i should do. but is it as straightforward as that or is there a trick to building team chemistry and experience and still getting adequate training in? is it as simple as building your regen and training complex so high that playing a game a day with no breaks ever becomes irrelevant? thanks to all for educating me on the matter.
Well I cannot speak for others, but I use A team and B team. A team is for league games and b team is freindlies. 4 lines on A 3 lines on b, for a total of 38 players. My A team backup goalie starts all my b games. Just keep your training and regen even and get as high as you can afford. The reason, I use b team for friendlies is they gain exp and chem, at much lower rate, but it all adds up if you have an ijury.
it takes a tad over 2 full seasons to get your lines at 100% playing A team for league games, they drop down to 98 from Friday to monday. so it is not a big deal. Your chem goes up about 1 per four games and about 1 exp per 9-10 games, for freindlies.
But it is real rare for me to have 4 lines at 100% chem, as i am changing out young players. But my top 2 lines are almost always at 98-100.
