Tema: Bad Ratings
Hi Guys, I am a newb, but I was wondering if anyone could give me some help on why my players are always at a 2 maybe a 3 rating after games. I think I have defense on defense, and left guys on the left... any help would be greatly appricaited.

They are just weaker skilled. Everyone started off that way. I have played 3 full seasons and I still have guys with 4 and 5 ratings! 
Ahh ok, thanks. I thoguht in the guide it siad those ratings were how well they play in that position, not necessarily how good they are.
That's the thing. Take a player who is a 5 in his right position he then becomes a 2 in the wrong position a 4 in an okay position. You don't know if it is the right position until you move him around a bit. It's a combo of both of what you said.
I learned something new today... so if I have several players at 7, 3 or 4 at 8 and 1 on 6. I can safely presume they play at their best (or near of)
Ratings look an awfully lot like effective primary divided by 10.

That depends on how well are trained the secundary skills, in terms of High, medium or low influence.
Not really, because I have guys in the 9's and 10's, and only one player on my team is in the 80's for their primary
