Guys is really time to do something more for this game ... so much silly transfer in the last 1-2 years ... the game lost so much people ... do someone think about it? Or just accept, accept ... multi teams ... really funny transfers ... what the hell ... i think those who creative the game is greedy and think only and only for a money ... credits, discount bla bla bla ... I do not know what can to expect more really I do not ... shame

That's actually a really good deal...your looking at it the wrong way. A staff member like that is good for one thing, training camp. Most likely if your buying him you haven't started either of your training camps. So basically you still have time to run both camps with him. Cost you 1mil+22 days of 46k salary (roughly 1mil ) so 2mil total.

Now if you had someone like that all season...let's say his salary would be 50k (would actually be higher but let's just go with that). 50k for 70 days=3.5 mil. You just payed 1.5mil more and got the same result. If you just just buy a guy like this at end of season everytime, isn't that better

Well, first habs thank you for the answer. Second - I was looking this point as well but are u sure always is like that? And if this transfer is logic and you are very right, there are a lot of thing on wrong way. I understand that in the last a few months make so much complaints but in the end is good this game to start to be interesting and fair for all of us. Too much unfair things really ... transfers, rules ... for example how is possible a country like my with 6 mln people nation to has players, equal to country like Brazil, Russia, USA, Germany, UK and whatever ... Romania is 20 mln people ... the game is doing not right. A lot of things really ... and the result is clear ... the people leave the game ... every season we loss a few managers ... every game season .... how to do that in the end, how the teams from my country to be even to another and to be interesting ... never should be ... is not good really ... is not good ...
