Ok, still confused about something. There is my player rating and then a grey number....what is the grey number. I thought it could be potential but then realised that there are some ratings that are higher than the grey number of the same attribute. I know it's probably stupid, but I don't get it.....

Quality can range from 0-100 and means how fast the player can increase his rating.

I have a question. I'm new to this basketball game. Is there a certain method to setting the practice numbers? I know in hockey it's 2-1-1 and I was told in Handball it's 7-5-3.
Is there a way to get a sortable player list per league or country?
