If you play your starters longer, they contribute more to the higher team strength, so maybe that's an explanation.
But I am not believer in ingame ranking, I don't get how it is calculated, and especially it doesn't seem to correlate with winning games. For example in today's game I played against a team who is weaker than me in rebounds, but he had advantage of 33-22 in rebounds, and it seems to happen quite often.

Got 60 free credits. 
Only got 30.First time I have every got credits. Should I make a pennant.
There are some members that are really good at making logos / pennants with the proper software. They charge a small fee in credits but it might be worth it. More or less tell them what you desire or have in mind. They will work with you. just remember you need to stay within PPM's limitations. GIMP or Photoshop are both good at compressing things into .PNG formats.

About free agents, they are automatic when players get to be acertain age (I think 26). None of the basketball players are old enough yet (only in season 5)!

Agreed Malikas, basketball is not old enough to have free agents. But like hockey is much older, so it has some.
