I've encountered a bug, which does not exist in other ppm sports as far I know.

I have lvl 15 human resources and economic department + 100% scouting efficiency.

With this build, in hockey for example, we see the values of the quality of attributes of players on market perfectly accurate. 100% accurate estimate.

But here in basketball, still not 100% accurate, just 94-98% sometimes.

Can you solve it, if I assume well, it's a bug?

One of my main reason to build lvl 15 HRaED was the 100% accurate estimate.

And I paid the cost because of long roster.

I did not change the "planning" and inexplicably the game engine sent the default lineup that I use in friendly. Your can search my team's actions history. Look at the damage this turned out to be. no, because the fee is paid before the free agents move to their new clubs. So you would have paid the fee anyway. But we will check the error anyway.

I agree that there is something wrong with the engine for 3rd place game.

It used the wrong tactics for me. It used my national cup tactics instead of international cups tactics. I think it did this to me last season aswell as I remember I played VL and was confused but didn't look into it.

It also used my default lineup not the one I set in planning
