Can you make a screenshot of the Trainnig Progress page? When should your player growth? Yesterday? Today? Or how many days before?
See how many days you have between two growth? The player can have a difference few days from standard growth days rate (If I remeber, the biggist difference was 4 days).
So if there are for example between 2 growths 20 days, the difference can be from 20 to 24 days. So If he should growth yesterday waitn until monday mornig and if he do no growth write one more time here or PM me.

Okay but for all my other players the second growth was twice the first and in some cases one day late, so I found strange.

I think both conferences are taken in that caltulation, so you might have been in top 4 in your conference but not when other is added there. Someone correct me if Im wrong.
